Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Heart Aesthetics provides services to its clients. By booking a treatment with Heart Aesthetics, you, the client are accepting these terms and conditions. 

About You
You must be over the age of 18 to have any treatments with Heart Aesthetics. If you have any health issues, allergies or on heavy medication then please contact us prior to booking so we can assess your suitability. You must not be pregnant or breast feeding.

Deposit
A deposit will be required to secure your placement in our schedule, this deposit is non-refundable but comes off the total cost of your treatment on the day of your treatment.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any treatments, packages or gift cards. However, if you change your mind about any treatment purchased, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative treatment or package if adequate notice is given, this is 7 days before your appointment date. This allows us to ensure there is enough time booked out in our schedule for your new treatment or package.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require a minimum of 7 days notice in order to reassign your appointment time to another client. Missed appointments or failure to give the required notice will result in you loosing your deposit. We reserve the right to keep your deposit if you do not turn up on your appointment date or adequate notice is not given.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment and you will lose your deposit. Our business runs on a strict schedule and your lateness can effect the appointments of other individuals. 

Should you decide during your appointment that you do not wish to have a treatment, this deposit will be retained and the appointment treated as a consultation to cover the Aesthetic Practitioners time and expertise.

Longevity & Sessions Required
Times stated on the longevity of your treatment is dependent on each individual. Several factors such as metabolism, health and lifestyle play a role in how long your new treatment lasts and no guarantee of an exact result can be provided. Your Aesthetics Practitioner will discuss treatment expectations on the day of your treatment and will strive to achieve the best result for you. Please be aware that it can take a few sessions to build up to your desired results.

Clinic & Treatment Rooms
Children or pets will not be allowed into the clinic or treatment rooms for safety and hygiene reasons and insurance purposes. We politely ask that you do not bring your children or pets along to your appointment, unless they are supervised by another adult. 

Prices & Special Offers
Our prices listed on our website, social media or in print are subject to change without prior notice. Special offers are subject to change at any time. 

Combined Filler & Discount Packages
Our Combined Filler Packages or heart branded discount packages, must be used within the same booking. All our packages exclude the tear trough treatment.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will expire on the expiration date shown on the gift card. You cannot purchase another gift card with your gift card. If you have a balance left over after you have paid for your treatment, no change or cash value will be refunded. Please bring your e-gift card with you to your appointment, we will need the gift card CODE to verify your gift card.

Our clinic location opening hours vary, you will see the most accurate and up-to-date opening hours upon booking your appointment through our online calendar.
