How quick will I receive the e-gift card?
The purchaser of the gift card will receive the gift card immediately by email, within around 5 minutes. Ready for you to forward to the recipient when your ready or alternatively, can be printed and gifted to them that way.
If you have not received your gift card by email within 2 working days, please check your spam and or junk folders in your email account. If your gift card has not arrived, please contact us.
Is there a minimum value for a e-gift card purchase?
No! You can manually enter any amount that you want the gift card value to be.
For example, you can purchase a £25 gift card for the recipient to put towards a treatment of their choice or, if you know the treatment they would love to have ie. a Lip Enhancement, you can enter £199 to pay for the whole treatment! It’s totally up to you.
Who can use the e-gift card?
Upon purchase, you will have the opportunity to enter a name for the recipient of the gift card, the individual who you intend to give the gift card to. The name you place on the gift card is the only person who can use the gift card.
Gift cards can only be purchased for individuals over the age of 18. ID will be required on the day of their treatment in order to proceed.
What can I purchase with my e-gift card?
Your gift card can be exchanged for part or full payment on any of our aesthetic treatments or packages. For a full list of treatments, view our treatments or packages pages on this website.
You cannot purchase another gift card with your gift card.
How long is my e-gift card valid for?
Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the date it was purchased. The expiry date of your gift card is listed clearly on the gift card itself. Gift cards cannot be used after the expiry date.
Can I use my e-gift card to purchase a Discount Package?
Yes! Your gift card can be used to pay in part or full payment on any of our aesthetic treatments, including our highly discounted combined filler or branded packages.

Can I combine my e-gift cards to put towards a treatment?
Yes! If you have been lucky enough to receive multiple gift cards to use at Heart Aesthetics, you can combine them to pay for your treatment or package in part or full.
Can I use my e-gift card for a treatment that’s on offer?
Of course! If we currently have a special offer applied to any of our treatments or packages you can book in for that procedure and pay the value stated, just as anyone else would.
How do I redeem my e-gift card?

State the treatment you wish to book and preferred date and time of your appointment. Along with your gift card CODE, that is listed clearly on the gift card.

What do I do if I lose my e-gift card?
As our gift cards are sent electronically, you will likely have the email containing the gift card in your inbox. The person who purchased the gift card for you will also have the same copy of that email.
If you still cannot locate your gift card, contact us and we can re-send you a copy of your original gift card.
